Who do we help?

Believers with doubts

We address any doubts that someone may have about the Islamic faith.

New Muslim development

Those who have recently embraced Islam have their own specific contexts and needs. We provide mentoring to help them become close to Allah and worship, as well as integrate them to the community and positively contribute to the wider society.

Ex-Muslim mentoring

People who have left the faith may have misconceptions, unanswered questions or are seeking a way back into the faith. We provide mentoring to help them on their journey.

Answering non-adherents’ questions

Our mentoring provides the space to help many non-adherents of the faith who may have genuine questions or may be interested in embracing Islam.

Student, leader and educator development

Our mentoring empowers and develops university students, preachers, teachers, imams, and aspiring leaders that have a desire to help others in their faith journey and intellectually share Islam.

Leadership & Activist Mentoring

These sessions are for:

Leaders

Community leaders, Imāms or Activists who deal with people who suffer from doubts and are interested in learning how to better articulate the foundations of Islam in a modern context.

Dū'at

preachers, activists, students of knowledge or duāt engaged in the work of sharing Islam (da’wah)

We're here to help

Over the course of the last decade or more there has been a rapid proliferation of content online and in academic institutions that has eroded the faith of some people.
Seeing the rise of this phenomenon, Sapience Institute is introducing a One to One mentoring service called LIGHTHOUSE.
